5. Data transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to third parties in the following circumstances:

• Infrastructure and hosting: Infrastructure partners providing server, CDN and database services.

• Legal obligation: Upon request of judicial authorities, public prosecutors, law enforcement or competent administrative authorities.

Personal data is stored for as long as required by the purpose of processing. Legal retention obligations (traffic data for at least 1 year under Law 5651, at least 5 years under tax legislation, etc.) are reserved. When the purpose ceases to exist and legal periods expire, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Data security

The following technical and administrative measures are applied to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure:

• Data transmission via HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Passwords stored using a hash algorithm (bcrypt, etc.).
• Server access control and firewall.
• Regular backups and updates.

5. To request correction if personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
6. To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the scope of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK.
7. To request that third parties to whom personal data has been transferred be notified of correction or deletion operations.
8. To object to the emergence of a result against the person themselves solely through analysis of processed data by automated systems.
9. To request compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing of personal data.

You may submit your applications to iletisim@whatsappkanali.com together with information identifying your identity. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.

If your application is rejected, the response is found insufficient, or no response is given within the time limit, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.

10. Policy changes

This privacy policy may be updated when necessary. In the event of significant changes, a new date will be shown on the page; where legally required, separate notification will also be provided.
