Terms of Use

1. Definitions

• Site: The website published under the whatsappkanali.com domain name and all associated subpages.
• Service: Listing, searching and categorizing WhatsApp and Telegram channel/group listings and providing related guide content.
• User: Any natural or legal person who accesses the Site, views content or submits content.
• Content: All information submitted by users, including title, description, invite link, image and similar data.
• Content provider: A user who submits content to the Site (within the meaning of Art. 2/f of Law No. 5651).

2. Nature of the service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Uninterrupted access, a specific outcome, listing duration or traffic volume is not guaranteed. Features, design, rules and pricing may be changed without prior notice.

The Site lists invite links belonging to third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.). The terms of service, privacy policies and community rules of these platforms are outside our control; the decision to join the relevant platforms is entirely the user's responsibility.

3. Hosting provider status and Law No. 5651

Pursuant to the Law on Regulation of Broadcasts on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through Such Broadcasts No. 5651, the Site operates as a hosting provider with respect to content provided by users.

As a hosting provider, we are obliged to immediately remove or block access to relevant content when we become aware that unlawful content has been published. Decisions issued by judicial authorities or competent administrative authorities are implemented without delay.

Legal responsibility for user-generated content lies with the relevant content provider. Site management is not under an obligation to pre-screen content provided by third parties; however, proactive monitoring is applied through moderation processes.

4. Strictly prohibited content

The following types of content may not be submitted to the Site, listed or shared in any way. Users who act in violation of these rules will have their accounts immediately suspended, the relevant content removed and, where necessary, reported to judicial authorities:

• Child abuse and child pornography: Any content involving, depicting, encouraging or facilitating the distribution of sexual abuse of children. This constitutes a crime under TCC Art. 226/3-4-5 and there is a duty to report.
• Terrorism and incitement to violence: Terrorist organization propaganda, calls for violence, planning of armed action or content glorifying terrorism. This constitutes a crime under the Anti-Terror Law No. 3713.
• Drugs and illegal substance trade: Content encouraging the production, sale, distribution or use of narcotic substances. This constitutes a crime under TCC Art. 188 et seq.
• Fraud and financial crimes: Phishing, Ponzi/pyramid schemes, fake investment promises, credit card fraud and similar encouragement of financial crimes.
• Unauthorized sharing of personal data: Sharing private photos, videos, contact information or other personal data of real persons without their consent (doxxing). This constitutes a crime under KVKK No. 6698 and TCC Art. 134-136.
• Hate speech and discrimination: Posts containing hatred, humiliation or discrimination directed at race, ethnic origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics.
• Copyright infringement: Unauthorized distribution of pirated software, films, music, books or other copyrighted materials, or links facilitating such distribution.
• Illegal gambling and betting: Content organizing or encouraging gambling and betting activities that are not legal in Turkey.
• Spam and manipulation: Bulk automated registration, fake like/member manipulation, misleading titles and descriptions.

The above list is not exhaustive. Any content contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Turkey or general moral rules is evaluated within the scope of moderation.

5. Notice-and-takedown application

For claims of copyright, personality rights infringement or unlawful content, submit your application with the following information via contact channels or at iletisim@whatsappkanali.com:

1. The full address (URL) of the page you believe has been infringed.
2. Your identity and contact details (name, surname, email, phone).
3. Legal basis and explanation of your rights ownership.
4. A signed statement declaring the accuracy of the information and that it was made in good faith.

Properly submitted requests are evaluated within 48 hours at the latest. Where legally required, content is immediately removed or access is blocked. The right to counter-notification is reserved in the case of unjust or bad-faith applications.

6. Channel / group addition rules

• All submitted content goes through a moderation process; approval is not guaranteed.
• Listings with misleading titles, descriptions inconsistent with their category or fake member counts are rejected.
• It is the user's responsibility to ensure that listed links comply with third-party terms of service (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).
• Repeated rule violations may result in account suspension, IP restriction or permanent access blocking.
• A user who submits a listing is deemed to have declared the accuracy and lawfulness of the content.

7. Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights in the Site design, source code, original texts, images and software components belong to the relevant rights holders. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

The user retains rights in the content they submit; however, they accept that they grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license for the content to be listed, displayed and archived on the Site.

8. Advertising and sponsored content

The Site may include banners, sponsored listings or other advertising spaces. Advertising content is subject to Turkish advertising legislation and relevant tax regulations. Advertising and sponsorship terms are summarized on the sponsorship page.

9. Limitation of liability

Site management cannot be held responsible for the content of listed channels and groups, the behavior of their members, third-party services to which links redirect, or losses experienced on those services.

Information on the Site regarding financial investment, legal advice, medical advice or similar matters does not replace expert opinion. In the case of force majeure, third-party outages, technical failure or maintenance work, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Account security

Users who register on the Site are responsible for the confidentiality and security of their account information. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, contact channels must be notified immediately.

11. Linked sites

External links on the Site are provided for information and convenience only. The content, privacy practices or security of third-party sites are not under our control or responsibility.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms of use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In disputes arising from the interpretation or application of the terms, the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

These terms may be updated when necessary. The date of change is indicated at the top of the page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the new terms.
